What a pleasant experience! My father’s house was in desperate need of repair. He had a large hole in the roof, so when it rained my father had large garbage cans to catch the water. On a recommendation I called Exterior Specialists and I had no idea what I was talking about I just knew I needed to have the roof fixed. I live 8 hours from my father so I couldn’t be there to meet with him (Wes). Wes and his team answered each call, took time to explain to me what was being done and why with such patience. I also contacted Wes when I had to have my father’s back stairs replaced, they rotted were unsafe for anyone to walk. Again, I was unable to be there. Once again, Wes explained what was being done and why, sent me a picture when it was all done. I just came back from visiting my father and he was on the back stairs in the sitting area. My family is everything to me and thanks to Exterior Specialists my father can continue to age at home safely. That sounds really corny, but it’s true. The house is safe again. They were on time, and cleaned up everything and have earned my trust. I give Exterior Specialists my highest recommendation.
